PRODUCTION
We use fresh ingredients and artisan spices to create the highest-quality flavorful products for our partners. We are a BRC-audited plant and FDA-approved. Our 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility contains kettles ranging from 204 to 500 gallons. We have 4 production lines and can produce over 20,000 units a day. Our Quality Assurance team ensures that every product is made to our exact specifications.
PACKAGING
We offer our partners a vast selection of packaging options. We have a wide variety of different types of glass retail bottles, ranging from 2 oz. to 32 oz. We offer plastic jugs, pails, drums, and totes. We help our partners select efficient and cost-effective packaging solutions. We provide nutritional analysis and are flexible with labeling needs. Your products will be ready to hit shelves when they leave our facility.
Shipping
We are centrally located in the US and have built relationships with national and regional distributors. Our goal is to help our partners save time and maximize profitability. We are flexible with shipping options but primarily use LTL and FTL ground shipments. Our goal is to make sure all products get to the right place in a timely manner.

Private Labeling
Private label refers to Spicin Foods manufacturing a product of its own formulation and packaging it under the customerโs label. In some cases, Spicin Foods may develop a private label formula exclusively for a customer. Other times our partners pick from our vast catalog of over 1500 recipes and make tweaks to perfectly fit their needs. In either case, under a private label agreement, Spicin Foods retains ownership of the formula.
Spicin Foodsโ R&D and test kitchen is in its corporate headquarters in Kansas City, KS. Spicin Foods employs a full-time Chef and Product Development Coordinator to work with clients to create just the right flavor, viscosity, and appearance desired. Spicin Foods works with food scientists at Kansas State University to conduct all necessary product testing, including shelf-life testing and nutritional analysis to ensure accuracy. Once the recipe is perfected in the test kitchen, the Spicin Foods team will send the product to production on the main floor.”
